Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric PT in home settings in Kathleen, FL. The PTA will deliver skilled treatments per the plan of care, supporting residents to improve mobility and independence while coordinating with physicians and families.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, clinical autonomy, and transparent payment reporting. Prior geriatric experience is valued and visits cover local zip codes 33805 and 33801.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
• Able to see patients at ZIP codes 33805 and 33801.
