Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to conduct one-on-one home visits in Naples, FL, under the supervision of a Registered PT.

You will follow physician plans, support patient independence, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused team that values flexibility and growth. Requirements include Florida PTA license, valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of experience; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license/certification is required.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ year of PTA experience; home health experience preferred.
• Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes.
