Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Evansville, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under supervision of physical therapists.

You will help improve mobility and daily living skills using therapeutic modalities, coordinate care with PTs, and contribute to a compassionate, growth-focused team.

A minimum of one year of clinical and home health experience is preferred; licensure in the state is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Support independent self-care and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with PTs to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapy Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.
