Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide compassionate care in patients' homes across Indiana. You will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate has an active PTA license in Indiana and at least one year of clinical and home health experience, with a commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Physical Therapy Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
