Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient mobility and functional independence in the home care setting.

The PTA will work under licensed Physical Therapists, applying modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills, with a focus on quality patient outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Idaho.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the guidance of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments using modalities.
• Aims to improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapy Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self‑care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant – PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.
