Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Arizona. You will work under Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence using therapeutic modalities, with emphasis on safe, effective care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility and function under the direction of Physical Therapists using physical modalities.
• Support patients’ daily living activities and independence through therapy-assisted practices.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

Qualifications
