Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Winchester, Tennessee team. You will work under Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and self-care in home-based settings.

The position focuses on delivering skilled PT modalities, promoting independence, and supporting daily living activities for individuals in their homes. Eligible benefits are offered through Enhabit's advantage program.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapist to treat patients with mobility impairments using physical modalities.
• Aids patients in improving mobility, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Supports patient progress toward independent function and safe home management.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
