Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team in Evansville, IN. You will work under the direction of Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include implementing prescribed modalities, coordinating with care teams, and supporting patients and families throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Ability to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments under PTA supervision to improve mobility and function.
• Support independence in daily living through therapeutic modalities and assisted techniques.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must possess automobile liability insurance
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
