Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care by Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety relating to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals.
• Provide advice and education to patients and family.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, patient progress towards goals, and need for plan modifications.
• Provide discharge planning for patients from physical therapy and communicate when the patient has received maximum benefit.
• Accurately and timely document physical therapy patient management and progress toward meeting professional practice criteria.

We set standard base pay ranges based on function and level. The final offer depends on factors such as skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
