Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Texas team in Denton. You will work under supervising Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence in daily activities.

The role requires driving to patient locations, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate in all weather. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must possess automobile liability insurance
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist Physical Therapists in evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and daily living activities.
• Deliver care using physical modalities as directed by therapists and tailor plans to individual patient goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team to support continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
