Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care set by the Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to ensure safe and effective care related to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient progress, and modify plans as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and communicate when the patient has received maximum benefit from therapy.
• Accurately document patient management and demonstrate progress towards professional practice criteria.

We set standard base pay ranges based on role and experience. The final offer considers skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the listed amounts.

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
