Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Ability to implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician
• Ability to educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed driver able to travel to all business locations
