We are currently seeking an experienced PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA).

Responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and customizing treatment plans. The role involves working in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy support from local management.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
2. Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
3. Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
