Qualifications

• Must possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible in the employing state.
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings.
• Strong computer skills in Outlook/Word/Excel and electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team player with the ability to adapt to scheduling.
• Flexibility with hours to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate PTA licensure or eligibility to practice in the state.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timely reporting.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Rate Range: $28 - $33/hr
