Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Bangor, ME. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus and a supportive clinical team.

The PTA will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, maintain accurate documentation, and demonstrate flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and collaborate with rehab staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• The qualified candidate will: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

RATE RANGE: $29 - $33/hr
