Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Wilton, CT. A $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is offered, with generous PTO and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Able to work in a sub-acute / skilled nursing facility and collaborate with rehab staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range:

$28-35/hr
