Physical Therapy Assistant Full-Time (PTA)

We are growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. At Carriage House our therapists are employees of the facility. We value the input and direction that our therapists bring as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. We work together for the best of the patients. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) that is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of balancing both restoration and compensation therapy techniques in order to get our patients enjoying life again. Our facility has a spacious gym with all of the equipment, complete with ACP modality suites along with clinical support.

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for direct physical therapy services to residents. Duties include carrying out treatment plans developed by supervising therapist, being creative and thinking outside of the box for functional treatment sessions, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) functions under superivison from the Physical Therapist and orders from physicians.
