This role offers a pay range of $35.00/hr - $44.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience—consult with your recruiter for details.

Role Overview

This position provides consistent coverage at an Assisted Living Facility. Our approach centers on personalized care to help patients progress and regain their abilities, whether in facilities or homes. Led by therapists, our team values compassion, autonomy, and supportive leadership. We offer opportunities in home or facility settings with mentorship, support, and straightforward documentation.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or university
  • Valid professional state license and registration
  • COVID vaccination mandatory for some facilities
  • Assist with retrieving scripts/doctor’s orders as requested by DOR
  • Administer treatment programs and interventions as indicated by evaluation and plan of care, under supervision (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist)
  • Complete documentation timely and according to CMS guidelines
  • Communicate with supervising therapist to enhance patient care and outcomes
