Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.

Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve patients' physicality and cognition, positively impacting their ability to function in daily life.

Hourly Pay Rate: $35/hour (W-2), $40/hour (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.

Physical Therapy Assistants employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:
