Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in‑house therapy provider at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, delivering skilled therapies to improve function and independence. Requirements: graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license‑eligible).

SNF or post‑acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
