Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to deliver skilled therapy to residents in a Century, FL SNF. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, function, and quality of life for residents.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited PTA program and hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with Net Health documentation knowledge a plus.
