Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and address the whole patient with individualized care in varied settings.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure in California. This full-time role offers mentorship, CEUs, and a path to continued professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and treat each individual uniquely.
• Adapt to patient needs and maintain engagement across varied settings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Salary

USD $48.00 – USD $53.00 /Hr.
