Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement therapy programs, deliver treatments, and support patient-centered recovery across diverse settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life for both adult and pediatric patients in home, clinic, and facility environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities according to developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Focus on patient-centered care, restoring function and promoting wellbeing across settings.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work. You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
