Salary range: $27 - $32 per hour. We expect those hired will be paid within this range, but circumstances may allow for outside this range.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team setting
• Implement patient Care Plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
• Communicate patient progress and assist with scheduling and documentation
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to all regulatory and company standards and laws
• Instruct family and nursing staff on follow-up care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program culminating in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA
• CPR certification (if required)
