Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Casa Real Nursing Center in Santa Fe, NM. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver PT services on-site to promote independence.

You will collaborate with a caring team in a facility-based setting and play a key role in educating patients and caregivers for ongoing wellness and recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with PT-related master's plus PT Bachelor's.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
