Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide pediatric home health services in the Richmond area. You will work with supervising Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on therapy in patients' homes, supporting treatment plans and helping children build strength and mobility.

You will engage families to reinforce progress between visits and contribute to a supportive, flexible career path designed for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings under supervision.
• Support treatment plans under direction to build strength and mobility.
• Engage families to reinforce progress between visits.
• Collaborate with supervising PTs for guidance and support.
