Job Description

As a Nurse (RN, LVN, or LPN), your role centers on providing exceptional one-on-one in-home patient care.

• Deliver Private Duty Nursing to patients' homes, including infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform patient assessments, coordinate care, and administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies while accurately documenting care.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, and educate family members on health promotion.
• Maintain a reliable shift schedule and provide care for diverse cases, including those requiring trach, G-Tube, or ventilator support.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas license, current CPR, and a nursing degree.
