Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join Powerback Rehabilitation in an in-facility setting. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will focus on restoring movement and function while engaging patients with compassionate care. Growth opportunities and supportive mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities following recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other care providers as needed.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care addressing the whole patient.
• Report to Director of Rehab and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

Posted Salary Range

USD $27.50 - USD $29.00 /Hr.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.




2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
