Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-facility care across our rehabilitation services. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients recover their strength and mobility.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patient-centered care, work with peers, and contribute to a compassionate environment. This role offers growth through mentorship, CEUs, and potential visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
• Experience in rehab/long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual.
