Job summary

Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will collaborate with nursing staff, track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment focused on resident-centered care.

Eligible candidates are Oregon-licensed PTAs or graduates of accredited PTA programs, or those actively pursuing

Pay: $35/HR – $46/HR, Depending on Experience

Schedule

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
