Hourly Pay Rate: $28-$36 (W-2), $35-$43 (1099)

Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor following established Plan of Care.
• Provide quality therapy services in an SNF setting for conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software.
