Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.

Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education aimed at improving physical and cognitive functions, positively impacting patients' ability to perform daily activities.

Hourly Pay Rate: $28-$36 (W-2), $35-$43 (1099)

Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services in an SNF setting to patients with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
