Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide quality therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Document resident progress and communicate changes to the therapy team.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
