The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team.

The PTA will assist the licensed PT, implement therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain for geriatric residents, and work independently to support residents' functional goals.
