Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Hermitage is seeking a Weekend PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehab team. This role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered therapy to senior residents with a schedule centered on weekends, with additional hours available as needed in Rutland Place.

You will work within a collaborative team, delivering functional treatments and leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• AS degree in physical therapy assistance.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Utilize innovative technologies and therapies to support patient progress.
• Mentor teammates and pursue clinical interests with growth opportunities.
