Home Health of Western Colorado in Montrose, CO is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate team. The PTA provides physical therapies, patient education, and assists the Physical Therapist with resident care to support everyday activities.

Pay Range: $26.80 - $32.45 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts.
The PTA provides physical therapies and education, assists the Physical Therapist with resident/patient related activities and direct resident/patient care and keeps department records as per facility policy.
The Home Health of Western Colorado is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency in Montrose, CO which include experienced team of nurses, rehab therapists and home health aides dedicated to providing individualized health care needs with compassion and empathy. We are trained in caring for older adults, providing in-home health care services in the Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and Montrose, CO.
