Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license or certification.
• 1+ year experience preferred, home health experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Compassionate, proactive, and motivated to help patients recover.
