Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You focus on addressing the whole patient, seeing them as an individual, and executing a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities.

You adapt to the needs of the patient, find joy in the variety of the work and settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to help patients thrive. You put patients first, ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
