Position Overview:

We seek a full-time PTA who is flexible, independent, and passionate about home health care. The role involves traveling to patients' homes and managing a dynamic schedule with occasional same-day visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising PTs
• Work independently in the field
• Accurately document patient care following Medicare guidelines and company policies
• Adapt to schedule changes and accept same-day appointments
• Travel to patient homes within our service areas
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the team
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current state PTA license in good standing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Flexibility for schedule changes and same-day visits
