Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Health Care Center in Forest Lake, MN. This full-time role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for clinical mentorship and ongoing CEUs.

You will provide patient-centered rehab services in a skilled nursing/rehab setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to geriatric populations. State PTA license required or eligible.
