Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Flexible, 20 - 29 hours per week

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living

Location: Buffalo Lake Health Care Center - Buffalo Lake, MN

Pay: state range $24 to $33 per hour
