Legacy Healthcare is seeking Physical Therapy Assistants to join a friendly, caring team. You will support the Physical Therapist in designing and delivering personalized therapy programs for residents, ensuring safety and comfort while achieving therapy goals.

The role emphasizes front-line involvement in the Therapy Department and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• An associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program and an unencumbered Iowa PTA certificate.
• One year of PTA experience is preferred.

As a PTA you are the front line of the Therapy Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Legacy Healthcare by assisting the Physical Therapist with the design, implementation, and delivery of customized physical therapy programs to assist residents meet their therapy goals. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, an associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program and an unencumbered State of Iowa PTA certificate.
• One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
