Job summary

Harmony Utica Ridge in Davenport, IA is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our in-house therapy team and help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

The PTA will implement customized therapy programs under a Physical Therapist, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
• Experience preferred, new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
