Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License is required.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome; we will invest in your growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
