CommuniCare Rehab in Danville, WV seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Hillcrest Healthcare Center team. The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, improve client mobility, and support residents in a community-based rehab setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, collaboration with the care team, and opportunities across multiple centers to address diverse patient needs. A PTA degree and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending State PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to review medical history and treatment goals.
