Are you passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility after injury? Join our dynamic and fast-paced urgent care team as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)!

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate PTA to provide hands-on support for patients recovering from workplace injuries and auto accidents. In this role, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative care team focused on rehabilitation, functional recovery, and safe return to work and daily life.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out prescribed physical therapy programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist in rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries common in workers' comp and auto accident cases
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy
  • Instruct patients on proper exercises and use of therapeutic equipment
  • Collaborate with urgent care providers regarding patient progress and any concerns
  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation compliant with insurance (work comp/auto) standards
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy area
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
