About Us:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function

  • Carry out individualized therapy plans and document progress

  • Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families

  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the therapy process

Qualifications:
  • Current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
