Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis for a full-time day shift.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to restore function and mobility for patients with strokes, spinal injuries, and orthopedic conditions, in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting. Qualifications include an Associate's degree from a PTA program, Missouri PTA licensure, CPR certification, and strong organization and

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis is90-bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

How You'll Contribute:

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility. Additional responsibilities include:
