Responsibilities

Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location/work environment: In‑facility

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You adapt to patients’ needs, enjoy the variety of settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients to additional care when necessary. You put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
