• Personal Best Physical Therapy is looking for a compassionate, skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our private practice team. In this role, you will work closely with our supervising Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through their recovery journeys and helping them regain mobility, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy interventions as outlined by the supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safely guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and mobility progression.
• Administer modalities safely and effectively, monitoring patient tolerance and ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Document patient progress, milestones, and responses to treatment accurately and efficiently after each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment for our Cerritos community.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active California state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
